This calculator is designed to give you a clear, side-by-side comparison between the income you are generating today and the income potential of a broker embedded into a "Broker-First" model within a Property360 agency through EZFinance.

It uses real commission structures, actual industry splits, 5-year trail modelling, and EBITDA-based valuation methodology — not headline revenue multiples or inflated projections.

Based on our data and prior implementation experience, an average real estate office with just three active sales agents should be capable of generating 30–50 buyer and vendor finance opportunities per week. Even at conservative conversion levels, that equates to at least 3–4 additional settlements per month — often more once systems mature.
